While Gohan and Piccolo are calmly training, they detect a formidable presence heading toward Earth. Soon everyone realizes that the threat is actually a small planet hurtling on a fatal collision course with our world. Goku and Krillin attempt to change the planet"s path with a Kamehameha, but the attack fails and they are hurled away. Yet as the object nears Earth's surface, it suddenly veers and detonates shortly thereafter, just before reaching the atmosphere, startling nearby observers. The planet is a massive vessel carrying a fortress, looming ominously over the horizon. A colossal army emerges, proclaiming Slug ruler of the cosmos, threatening all life on Earth. While defending the city from this assault, Gohan loses his Dragon Ball, enabling Slug to seize it. By reading Bulma"s thoughts and stealing her Dragon Radar, Slug orders his forces to gather the wish‑granting relics, rallying all troops. With all the Dragon Balls in hand, he wishes for his youth again, hoping to restore his power. Now youthful, clever, and immensely powerful, Slug embarks on a campaign of world domination.
