Earth has finally returned to peace, yet this serenity proves fleeting. The surviving forces of Frieza"s legion, commanded by Sorbet alongside his lieutenant Tagoma, land on the planet to invoke Shen Long with the intention of reviving their former sovereign. In pursuit, they coerce Emperor Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai into surrendering the Dragon Balls they hold.
After successful rebirth, Frieza—who had nurtured resentment toward Gokuu Son and Future Trunks in the abyss—declares that he will not rest until both are annihilated by his own hand. Sorbet reveals that Future Trunks has vanished for years, and Gokuu"s might now eclipses even the formidable Majin Buu. Unshaken, Frieza insists he merely needs a few months of preparation to overcome Gokuu.
Will Frieza secure vengeance against his foe, or will Gokuu, Vegeta, and their allies triumph over the threat, safeguarding Earth once again? The battle will test their resolve and unity. Their resolve and unity will face trial.
