Shouting martial artist Junpei Ryuzouji, poised actress Airi Komiyama, and sunny but cannon‑obsessed pupil Ritsuko Inoue are whisked from Japan into a strange, enchanted realm. The elven priestess Celcia Marieclaire attempts to cast the return spell, but an interruption shatters it into fragments that drift across the land. Each fragment leaves a mark on the skin of wandering elves.
The trio rides Ritsuko"s armored tank, hunting for elves bearing the torn pieces so Celcia can absorb them into her own body and re‑forge the spell. As they roam, locals dub them "Those Who Hunt Elves," and their legend grows: warriors who halt wickedness with a wondrous cannon, vanquishing elves by stripping them of power. They face monsters, navigate treacherous forests, and uncover ancient ruins that hint at the spell's origin. Their courage grows with each triumph, strengthening their bond and resolve. Though not the brightest squad, their zeal and fierce resolve keep them focused on one goal—getting back to Japan.
