A person awakes one morning in a chaotic environment of storms to find himself transformed into a Squirtle amid a world besieged by natural calamities, where he encounters Charmander and Chikorita from the rescue squad Team Go-Getters. Squirtle joins the group to rescue Pichu"s brother Pikachu from Skarmory, yet Gengar and his Team Meanies choose to obstruct.
