On a bright morning, the Bell Tree Tower"s observation platform was suddenly pierced by an unseen sniper who killed a passerby. Conan Edogawa, present at the scene when the shooting happened, hurried to seize the shooter but was unable. He later discovered that the culprit, Timothy Hunter, had formerly served in Navy Special Ops and was already under investigation for an earlier homicide. The FBI suspects that Timothy has at least three targets he wishes dead. Yet after two of those victims are eliminated, Timothy himself is slain, plunging the probe into chaos.
With their sole clue vanished, reports of the killings ripple through Tokyo, plunging the metropolis into alarm. Conan must track and apprehend the murderer to halt this lethal sniping campaign. City emergency services are on alert, citizens advised to stay indoors. Police coordinate with agencies to trace the sniper"s trail. and media reports.
