The silhouette of Tooru Amuro, a National Police Agency Security Bureau agent known as Zero, materializes on the scene. Moreover, Rei Furuya—detective and Kogorou Mouri"s protégé—also operates under the alias Bourbon within the Black Organization. In the aftermath of the incident, investigators scramble to identify the culprit while the city remains on high alert today. Kogorou is detained as a prime suspect in the blast investigation. Conan undertakes a probe to vindicate Kogorou, yet Amuro obstructs his efforts.
