At Touto Stadium, a J. League football contest is underway amid roaring crowds of fans. While the game proceeds, Inspector Kogorou Mouri receives a bomb warning from an unidentified caller and a cryptic puzzle that reveals its site. Conan Edogawa must now protect the spectators before time expires.
Luckily, with Conan's swift moves and sharp reasoning, the device is located and the blast avoided. The perpetrator does not cease; Inspector Kogorou learns of another concealed bomb slated to detonate at a major city gathering in the heart of the city, in the bustling center. Racing against the clock, with thousands more souls endangered and authorities scrambling, Conan must solve another enigma, pinpoint the bomb's position, and apprehend the culprit to avert a dire disaster.
