Back again, Nozomi and her companions continue their duties as Precure. The girls receive fresh abilities from the enigmatic Flora, who waits for them at a place known as the Cure Rose Garden. To reach this legendary garden, they must employ a mystical artifact called the Rose Pact. The catch is that the heroes do not yet know how to activate it, so they turn to the four rulers of Palmier"s neighboring kingdoms for guidance. Their journey will test their resolve.
