The film's plot unfolds in the Doll Kingdom where dolls dwell. Happiness Charge PreCure are summoned by a woman named Tsumugi when sudden Saiark incursions start destroying the realm. Amidst the chaos, heroes confront looming imminent danger. Yet nothing is as it appears, for a shadowy figure known as Black Fang lurks nearby.
