Young flower lover Tsubomi Hanasaki is usually shy and reserved. Yet when her family relocates to a fresh town, she resolves to reshape herself at the new school into someone bold and expressive. On the day of the move, she envisions a strange tree floating in the heavens protected by a warrior called Cure Moonlight.
Tsubomi soon discovers that this vision is real when she meets two enigmatic fairies—Chypre and Coffret—who are pursued by an odd woman. The woman calls forth a colossal beast to besiege the city, and Tsubomi is forced to turn into a fighter to repel it. Assuming the title Cure Blossom, she learns that the woman belongs to a malevolent syndicate intent on desiccating the world, and her new mission is to thwart that plan. As Tsubomi confronts more monsters and unravels the mysteries of Cure Moonlight, will she gain the self‑assurance required to transcend her reticence?
