Shizuku Hoshina is a high school student who loves astronomy. While sketching star maps in her journal, a cloud‑like being materializes from the page! She christens it Fuwa, discovering that it is an extraterrestrial capable of opening wormholes. Fuwa"s warp‑hole ability allows travel across galaxies, a power that makes him invaluable to both allies and enemies.
Soon after, Fuwa"s companions—alien travelers Lala Hagoromo and Prunce—land on Earth and announce their quest to find the Precure, guardians destined to protect the cosmos. The Notraiders, group, arrive quickly with intent on seizing Fuwa"s power to weaponize his abilities for their conquest. Driven by a urge to shield her friend, Shizuku embraces the mantle of "Cure Star," the Precure Lala and Prunce had been seeking.
Now Shizuku and allies must repel the Notraiders, locate the remaining Precure, and recover the Star Color Pens—artefacts that will awaken the 12 Star Princesses who uphold equilibrium. Together, they must navigate a series of trials to secure the pens before the Notraiders can seize them.
