Although frail, Nodoka Hanadera remains hopeful as she settles into Sukoyaka City, a town renowned for its vibrant health culture and clean air. She quickly allies with two classmates: the kind yet sporty Chiyu Sawaizumi, whose family owns a hot‑spring lodge, and the cheerful, trend‑setting daughter of a veterinarian, Hinata Hiramitsu.
Shortly after her arrival, Nodoka discovers a sick puppy hidden in the woods, guarded by three enchanted talking beasts—Rabbirin, Penguitan, and Nyatoran. They explain that the puppy, named Princess Latte, is suffering from a mysterious illness and can only be healed by vanquishing a nearby monster called a "Mega Byogen" and cleansing the land it has tainted. Though she feels powerless, Nodoka vows not to abandon Latte.
Inspired by her resolve, Rabbirin seals a covenant with Nodoka, granting her the power to become a Precure. Assuming the identity of "Cure Grace," energized Nodoka confronts the Byogen, restores the earth, and revives Latte.
As the Byogen"s leaders intensify their assaults, Penguitan and Nyatoran each locate allies in Chiyu and Hinata, bestowing upon them the abilities of "Cure Fontaine" and "Cure Sparkle." Together, the trio of Precures and their animal companions must thwart the Byogen and safeguard the planet from its blight. Their courage inspires others, turning Sukoyaka City into a beacon of hope.
