As spring gives way to summer, Makoto Yuuki stays with the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES). The unit keeps vanquishing Shadows of all sizes, yet they now confront a fresh foe: Strega, a cadre of rogue Persona wielders who aim to exploit the Dark Hour for their own ends—Strega appears to hold a key to the hour"s true nature.
During SEES"s summer break on Yakushima, they are accompanied by Aegis, an amnesiac android engineered to annihilate Shadows. Though she proves a formidable ally, she is inexplicably attracted to Makoto and persistently lingers by his side. As they probe deeper into the enigmas of the Dark Hour, the nature of the mysterious bond linking these two gradually comes to light.
