Oriko Seki, a twelve‑year‑old who lost both parents in a car crash, now resides with her grandmother at the Onsen inn Haru no Ya. Together with the resident spirit Uribou and other peculiar companions, she begins learning to run a young woman"s inn. Initially reluctant, she gradually develops respect for the role and starts training earnestly, marking the start of Oriko"s rise as a budding warrior today amid the misty mountains of Kyoto.
