Monsters called Yokai have chased the Mizuchi lineage for generations. Toru and Noboru Takagami, heirs of that line, receive a covert tool from their grandmother to fight the creatures. The tool is Tenko Kugen, a fox spirit capable of morphing into any gender on command. The playful deity is joined by shrine maiden Ko, who will reside with the Takagami brothers in their home. Suddenly, everything becomes more tangled as unexpected threats loom under moonlit skies, danger rises.
