J‑pop idol ensemble CHAM! has been delighting its audience for the past two years. Unfortunately, all good moments must eventually close, and CHAM! is compelled to let one of its members, Mima Kirigoe, depart in order to chase an acting path. While fans react with a mix of emotions, Mima wishes her supporters to keep backing her.
After leaving the group, Mima"s life takes a sharp turn. Determined to escape the pop‑idol mold, she lands a part in a crime drama series, and her acting schedule grows increasingly demanding for both Mima and her manager, Rumi Hidaka. To add to Mima"s mounting distress, a fan obsessed with her former idol persona refuses to accept her exit and starts stalking her; an anonymous website launches, portraying her life with alarming accuracy; meanwhile CHAM! seems to thrive in her absence. Each unsettling event pushes Mima further toward instability, blurring the line between reality and illusion.
