Kazuna's lineage has endured a hereditary affliction that triggers an uncontainable, vampire-like craving for blood. Unaware of this legacy, Kazuna was placed with the Eda family during his youth. As the malady starts to manifest within him, he encounters his elder sister Chizuna, who has battled it since early childhood. Recognizing the heavy toll the condition exacts on sufferers, Chizuna strives to alleviate her brother's struggle, teaching him to master his impulses, yet the shadows within him deepen, threatening to overwhelm his resolve and he must learn to fight the beast that lurks daily.
