After the events of season two, Enma Ai"s assistants Ren Ichimoku, Vanudo, and Hone‑Onna live their lives in the phantom world. Their measured stay there was disrupted when Kikuri returns and summons them to service. Meanwhile, Ai mysteriously appears in the world of the living, using the body of a little schoolgirl, Yuzuki Mikage, to continue working at the Hot Line of Hell. Yuzuki knows about Ai"s presence because she can see what the Girl from Hell sees.
