Joe Shimamura and his friends may look like ordinary folks, yet they are far from it. In truth, Joe is Cyborg 009, a member of a squadron of engineered beings who battle for humanity"s benefit. Every cyborg carries a unique ability, ranging from melting any substance to breathing underwater and soaring through the air. He and the other eight were forcefully altered by the Neo‑Black Ghosts faction to serve their agenda. Instead, they united and harnessed their gifts to oppose their former enslavers and all malevolent forces. They fight with honor against tyranny everywhere for all today.
