He is then carried to Black Ghost's base, an outfit that fuels human strife for profit. There he is transformed into the formidable Cyborg 009. The organization, known for orchestrating wars to line its coffers, views the new cyborgs as ultimate weapons. Their original mission was to dominate global conflicts with precision effort.
Refusing to be tools of havoc, 009 and the other cyborgs rebel and flee, seeking a life. They vow to dismantle the threats created.
