Invited to celebrate an anniversary, Kindaichi, Miyuki and Inspector Kenmochi return to the Opera House in the historic theater. They find a new rehearsal of "The Phantom of the Opera" underway. Yet soon actors are slain by the elusive "Phantom" in the shadows. Kindaichi must again unravel a string of murders inside the opera venue for justice to bring closure.
