After stepping down from Quinx Squad, the now seemingly impassive Haise Sasaki starts accepting an increasing load of assignments from the CCG, indifferent to their difficulty. Though his face remains blank, Ken Kaneki"s memories resurface within Haise, thrusting him into inner turmoil. Meanwhile, his newly detached demeanor impacts those around him.
