A friend who knows you completely should be a blessing, yet for Nishikata it proves to be the opposite. His classmate Takagi delights in daily teasing, and she exploits her deep understanding of his habits to anticipate exactly how he will respond, leaving Nishikata almost never able to retaliate successfully. Still, Nishikata promises that one day he'll return the favor by making Takagi blush with embarrassment from his own mockery, in a relentless manner that keeps everyone on their toes, and the classroom buzzes with his reactions.
