An unusual story of a simple high‑school senior, Junpei Kosaki, begins on an ordinary day. Returning from school, he kicks an empty bottle on the road and accidentally triggers the local "cat god‑guardian." But this misunderstanding turns into a real nightmare for Junpei – he starts to understand what cats are saying. He faces the task of fulfilling 100 cat wishes, otherwise he will turn into a cat himself. Unfortunately, unlike his beloved girlfriend Kaede, the guy hates cats because of an allergy. He will have to make peace with his wishes and go along with these selfish animals.
