On what would normally be a routine day, Lala Satalin Deviluke brings one of her latest creations—a robotic feline equipped with duplication technology—to the school to impress Rito Yuuki. When he inadvertently contacts the device, Rito starts multiplying himself over and over everywhere, quickly filling the campus with countless replicas of his own self. The only way to shut down the robot is by grabbing its tail, but the cat"s swift movements make this difficult.
