Kanenone Gakuen is a boys‑only boarding institution situated in rural Japan. While single‑gender schools are common, life can grow challenging when no girls are nearby for miles. To support everyone"s mental well‑being, the administration has opted to combine with the closest all‑girls boarding school and transform into a co‑educational campus. The Kanenone lads are overjoyed by the idea, and the prospective female students wonder how school life might change with more boys around. Before any concrete plans are finalized, the girls have been invited to spend a month at Kanenone as a trial.
The series "Green Green" chronicles Yuusuke Takazaki and his mischievous roommates, known as the Baka (Idiot) Trio, who manage to converse with girls without embarrassing themselves.
