After repelling a Neuroi incursion into Romagna and annihilating the enemy stronghold above Venezia, Yoshika Miyafuji returns to her hometown within the Empire of Fusou. Though she has lost her magical and restorative powers, the ex‑officer of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing resolves to pursue medical studies. Her goal is to aid those in distress, whether civilians or soldiers on the front. An invitation arrives from a renowned European academy, and she accepts, setting out once more for the ravaged continent.
Yet a fresh threat emerges: increasing numbers of Neuroi slip past human defenses, infiltrating zones deemed secure and upsetting Europe"s power equilibrium. Yoshika"s duty clashes with her inability to command a Striker Unit, but with friends endangered, it appears she has only one viable path.
