As New Year's Eve nears, Petersburg is busy arranging a holiday celebration amid the bustling capital for residents and visitors alike. Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing plans to escort Sanya V. Litvyak on a relaxed stroll through the city streets. Yet, despite Eila's earnest efforts, she is interrupted each time she attempts to invite Sanya, spoiling the moment and driving a wedge between them. Compounding the situation, a Neuroi is heading toward the base, endangering both squadmates and the festivities in Petersburg for the entire crew.
