Between heaven and the underworld sprawls an enormous Datén City, where millions of people live ordinary lives – they sin a little, suffer a little, and within their means seek happiness and pleasure. Only human life is constantly interfered with by malicious spirits, over which there is no decisive control – except for fervent prayer, of course. And the heavens answered by sending two fearless sisters from the angelic forces along with a wise mentor to aid those in distress… In fact, the angelic sisters from Paradise were simply expelled for their outrageous behavior – and they had a reason. The elder, Panti (nickname Trousers), is an accomplished nymphomaniac and blasphemer; the younger, Stocking (also called Sock), is a slacker and sweet tooth in the guise of a "gothic Lolita." Moreover, the sisters in heavy uniform suffer from sadomasochism, profanity, and a complete disregard for morality and private property. But God is merciful – he gave the banished a chance to return to the heavenly thickets if they defeat the malicious spirits in the city while earning a certain amount of celestial currency. Thus, Panti and Stocking have firmly set themselves on the path of reform and cooperation with the administration in the person of their curator, Garterbelt (also known as Saint Father Belt). Turning panties into pistols, stockings into katanas, and the dear little creature Chaka – who knows what he turns into at all – the heroines stood breast‑high to defend Datén City and the comedic absurdist genre.
