From the moment of the tenth NOVA confrontation, the Chevalier realized that NOVAs were appearing at a steadier pace and they were losing more Pandoras than they could replenish. Their remedy is the E‑Pandora Initiative, which grants ordinary people the ability to transform into Pandoras. Bringing Pandoras worldwide to their Alaskan headquarters for the debut of this new venture, Satellizer, Kazuya and Rana were among those invited. Yet as time progressed the E‑Pandora Initiative grew more dubious, and the Pandoras became increasingly uneasy as doubts spread, their resolve weakened and the project hung in dark uncertainty.
