In the glorious district of Kanto, school wars never cease! The heroes and heroines had not yet had time to rest from the epic battles of season two and the mystical adventures of season three; the "returnees from beyond" had not yet remembered their familiar walls, and newcomers had not yet gotten used to them. New agitators of calm, led by Moki Bateo—a maiden who would give even Sonsaku a run for his money in terms of brain/combat ability, climbed onto the stage. And in the shadows, as befits serious people, a new force lurked: Nanban School with two leaders—ambitious sisters Mokaku and Moyo. They do not understand how some eccentrics and comedians could have fought for power in Kanto for a whole three seasons, and they intend to rectify the situation harshly with all available means.
