At the establishment stands a mysterious host named Decim, who also serves as judge. He adjudicates those who arrive by pitting them in perilous contests. These challenges decide whether the patron's spirit will be reborn or cast into an endless void. From darts and bowling to video‑battles, each game gradually reveals the true character of those who stake their souls. Although his rules stay constant, the unexpected arrival of a hair‑black amnesiac forces Decim to reconsider his judgments. The newcomer"s presence shatters Decim's certainty, opening a new chapter in the bar's grim tradition. All patrons must confront whether fate governs their afterlife finally.
