Noya Itsuki has just moved to Ebisugawa High School. With a lifelong interest in the cosmos, he opts to enroll in the Astronomy Club; yet he accidentally enters the Asstronomy Club—a group composed entirely of female otaku. Itsuki notices that the members are quite odd, but he hasn't yet realized he's joined the wrong club. His days quickly turn bizarre, and his life becomes unusually strange.
