Shidou Itsuka now faces an unprecedented threat because of his ongoing ties to Ratatoskr. He has already sealed ten spirits, and Isaac Westcott, head of Deus Ex Machina Industries, has finally resolved to eliminate Shidou and seize the spirits' powers for himself. To fulfill this plan, Isaac launches a full‑scale assault on Ratatoskr, compelling the group to drain its reserves to protect Shidou. Though heavily outnumbered and outmatched, a sliver of hope appears in the form of the Time Spirit, Kurumi Tokisaki. Shidou must seal and harness Kurumi's energy to journey back in time and challenge the Origin Spirit—the force that began everything for the safety of all.
