I woke up in an ordinary village house. When I tried to get up, it became clear that I was wounded. Who am I? Where did I come from? What was I doing? Why am I injured? I cannot answer these questions, nor can the girl who found me on that forest trail and is now caring for me, nor anyone else. On my face (I can"t even remember what I look like) there is a strange mask that cannot be removed – another mystery. I have started a new life here; the people who brought me in have become my family, and the villagers consider me "one of their own." Memory, however, does not hurry to return. Around our settlement the atmosphere is gradually heating up. The death of the village elder has turned into a confrontation with the authorities… What will happen next? What awaits us? And… who… am I?
