The guidance counselor recommends she enroll in an online high school, citing her long isolation and severe anxiety about conventional classrooms. Yet Kaede longs to attend Minegahara High, just like her brother, craving a normal high‑school experience. She begs Sakuta, his partner Mai Sakurajima, and Mai"s stepsister Nodoka Toyohama to coach her for the entrance exam—and they all agree with enthusiasm.
