Ousai Academy was once an all‑girls high school. Because birth rates have fallen in recent years, it was turned into a co‑educational institution. The first cohort of male students found themselves surrounded by girls, and Tsuda Takatoshi was among them. Worse still, on his very first day he was reprimanded by the student council president Shino Amakusa, leaving a poor first impression. While being scolded he also encountered the other council members and ultimately arrived late to class. To make amends for spoiling his morning, Shino offered him a spot on the student council for various "reasons," and Tsuda accepted—though he was essentially compelled. Thus began his days, and soon he realized that he was the only ordinary student at Ousai Academy. He soon discovered that his everyday life would be anything but ordinary.
