To reconstruct society, its hardliners devised a deadly mechanism called the "Trigger Bomb," which forces quirk‑bearers to lose control and perish. Their chief, Flect Turn, has slipped past the global deployment of Pro Heroes.
While undertaking a research exchange in Otheon alongside Japan"s top Pro Hero, Izuku "Deku" Midoriya is wrongly accused of a crime. By chance he pulls in Roddy Soul, a native, and together they flee. Now Rody, Deku, and their classmates must thwart Flect"s Trigger Bomb scheme while dodging the relentless Humarise operatives. Their mission is to locate the hidden trigger sites before the bomb detonates, all while maintaining secrecy from both law enforcement and rival vigilantes, and ensuring the safety of bystanders.
