Velonica has traversed the entire galaxy from the remote world of Metrotopia and touched down on Earth. Her assignment is straightforward: meet with Earth's ruler and finalize a deal that will permit the erection of a colossal antenna, linking Earth to the Galactic Network. Shortly after arrival, Velonica learns that Earth lacks a single sovereign and its citizens engage in bizarre, irrational pursuits.
