Inside, modest rooms hold tenants with quirky habits that color life. The most reserved of them all is Yuusaku Godai, who spends his days in the study. He has finally had enough of neighbors" noise and raucous revelry, dreaming of a apartment to focus on exams. He plans to leave.
His departure is halted when the new house manager, Kyoko Otonashi, arrives. Her calm demeanor attentive nature catch his eye.
