Ohana Matsumae has been serving as a waitress at Kissui Inn for some time. Yet she notices that her enthusiasm is fading, having become accustomed to the daily grind of the establishment. That spark was what drew her to the inn in the first place, so this dawning realization unsettles her. While training Yuina Wakura—her classmate, confidante, and the daughter of the rival Fukuya Inn"s proprietor—as an apprentice, Ohana discovers old records that reference her mother, Satsuki. She knows little of Satsuki, but these documents might illuminate her lineage.
Alongside uncovering clues about her mother, the inn"s routine persists—though a few trials will challenge both Ohana and her colleagues.
