Teropterids are malevolent creatures that masquerade as people and exist solely to consume human blood everywhere. Luckily, humanity has factions devoted to exterminating these monsters worldwide. A grim and enigmatic girl called Saya stands as the top teropterid hunter, and currently immediately in 1960s Japan she is dispatched to a U.S. military installation that could be contaminated by them and danger.
