Echoing the vanished Principality of Zeon and the newer Crossbone Vanguard, Zanscare governs its people with brutality, routinely deploying a massive guillotine for public hangings that send shivers through the colony"s populace.
Residing in Central Europe, ex‑colonist Üso Ewin enlists with the League Militaire—a civilian militia formed by those disillusioned with the Earth Federation"s failure to oppose Zanscare.
