In an alternate Germany of the early 21st century, terrible things are happening: suddenly corpses begin to come back to life—not merely resurrecting, but fusing various objects and devices into themselves and becoming monstrous killer creatures: armored, tuned, on wheels! To fight the "alloys," KSAT was organized. KSAT"s motor squads hunt down the possessed, exterminate mutants, and gather information about their origins and behavior, hoping to penetrate the ominous mystery of the "alloys." After one of the "alloys" appeared on a motorcycle track, Harald Frentsen, a famous racer, became disabled. This turned out to be a monstrous blow in itself, and then Harald"s girlfriend left him, prompting the team to rush to write off the athlete as a disabled person… therefore the mysterious female doctor who offered Harald some drug, which "is still in development but could give radical improvement despite side effects," did not have to persuade the former champion for long.
