A remote Federation outpost, Fort Casey, is besieged by insectoid attackers. The crew aboard the swift assault vessel Alesia is tasked with assisting the Starship John A. Warden stationed at Fort Casey in evacuating survivors and transporting critical military intel back to Earth unharmed. Carl Jenkins, now commander of the Ministry of Paranormal Warfare, dispatches the starship on a covert operation before its meeting with Alesia and disappears within the nebula. Consequently, the seasoned soldiers must undertake a rescue operation that could unveil a far darker threat than any of them anticipated. Their mission will test their resolve and expose hidden dangers beyond the known universe.
