Anpanman and his companions alongside the cloud infant Fuwari work to save Cloud Country. To ensure the plants remain healthy, Cloud Country dispatches clouds capable of producing rain and rainbows to various towns and celestial points. A cloud infant, originated in Cloud Country, encounters Baikinman and his allies. Upon meeting, the infant receives the name Fuwari and rapidly grows, forming a bond with Dokin-chan during their shared adventure and friendship together.
