The movie follows Princess Vanilla, ruler of an ice‑cream realm who cannot churn her own treats despite daily practice. Exhausted by this flaw, she abandons the palace and soon encounters Anpanman and Kokin‑chan. Together on their journey, she discovers why her ice‑cream skills fail. The princess's dream to craft the perfect scoop remains unfulfilled until the heroes guide her through recipes and ingredients that reveal the secret. Meanwhile, Baikinman assaults the confectionery kingdom while Princess Vanilla is absent.
