Masaki Tenchi was an otherwise ordinary youth, except for his role as heir to the Masaki Shrine. Yet he inadvertently shattered the seal that had confined a demon within a tiny back‑room shrine, forcing him to confront the resurrected Ryoko. Upon learning that her arch‑enemy Ryoko had returned, Ayeka also descended to Earth. Thus began Tenchi"s entanglement with the galaxy"s rulers, the Jurai clan.
