The enigmatic Telegraph Pole Society is scheming to take over the globe. The headmaster of the high school establishes a Defense Corps by enlisting pupils Shogi Morita, Kuho Tasuke, and Akiko Ifukube. At the same time, the school's kooky researcher Dr. Inogami has transformed a local youth, Kami Sanchin, into a cyborg. With this machine"s aid, they might topple the Telegraph Pole Society—or perhaps they will fail during the final confrontation.
