The Juuza, the inhabitants of the thirteenth Zodiac, are commonly referred to as cat‑folk. Considered a coarse and contemptuous people, they choose to live in seclusion far from human observation. Yet as the Han Dynasty"s decline looms, the rise of the Yellow Scarves has thrust the land of the Three Kingdoms into deep turmoil. With armies converging, a young Juuza woman named Kan'u and her village are forced to abandon their tranquil existence when Sousou"s punitive forces march into the settlement. Their quiet life is shattered.
